just to clarify some things out
k, as I can't write at the thread for some reasons (maybe because I overreacted once for seeing something happen the second time to me again?), I'll just leave some personal comments on a journal here - so whoever feels to can read or ignore it.
first of all - I tried to get the giant plush by all means. All legal and nice means of course.
When anuvia decided to not sell it to the other girl, but to a collector, I immediately contacted her and made my offer.
her first response came four weeks ago, I offered the 1,000 bucks being the buy-now-price immediately. This was fair and as I read her journal the extra-money would help her pay her bills I was very fine with it.
The second bidder went higher to 1,200 - I matched this easily
the other bidder went to 1,500 - again I matched
then he went to 2,000 - anuvia and I agreed this guy was only trying to bust me out of it. Well, I never liked playing poker, so I didn't eat the bluff, said he was allowed to have the item for 2,000
...came that I bought the 1,500...
...and I immediately went to PayPal when I received anuvia's details to transfer the money and give her all the information being needed for the parcel.
This was on December 4th 2009, sometime at night here in the Central European Region (stayed awake just to ensure everything was fine).

Thanks for waiting out this bidding thing and not getting to frustrated with the message tag and bluff bids by the other person XD I'm glad I found a good home for the plush and I'm sure you'll love him C:

that was the last thing I received from her.
I wrote another message on LJ after one week.
Another a week later.
Wrote the first mail on December 18th, asking if everything was okay and if she already (sic!) got the item shipped.
If not - I would have been perfectly fine. Also with the fact it might take a few weeks to get the plushie over here. No problem with that, really NO problem.
no response.
I wrote a second mail on December 23rd, wishing her happy holidays and asking if my mail possibly didn't arrive, again asking for a tracking number or anything similar.
no response.
I then stayed online and looked at the messenger - as I had added her AIM to my messenger.
I saw her online twice and contacted her.

After the last attempt I talked to several others. Everybody was sure she was just ripping me off for the money, I looked around the pkmcollectors feedback journal and saw negative feedback on her.
So I opened a thread. k, I was rude in it - yet I caught attention of a wide number of people there. And I received a good hint: Open a case at PayPal.
She FINALLY answered and sent me the shipping code.
Something I wanted to know all time.
And the reason why I closed the case at PayPal immediately.
I never wanted more than just pay a fair and good price for the ultimate piece of my collection I've been looking for since over nine years. And when I got it, all I wanted was at least some feedback on if the item was on its way.
What would you do? K, maybe not start with such a hot head like me, but you would also suspect the vendor of just disappearing (I remembered she was moving away. Meaning her address would change. And keep in mind I'm on another continent, too!) with your money and the plush, right?
I've always paid my bills and never taken anything away from anyone else, am known as a donating person, a guy trying to do his very best in life. Does that make me an evil guy?
